Translation

Translation displays background information relevant to the access path and translations of the access path chosen by the Db2 optimizer for the SQL statement shown at the top of the report window.

Background precedes the translated access path, and includes information such as definitions for synonyms, aliases, views, and referential constraints.
Statement sections: The translated access path includes information taken from the PLAN_TABLE, the Db2 catalog, and the SQL statement text. Each discrete section of the access path is separated by a header containing the value of QBLOCKNO in PLAN_TABLE.
User-defined functions shows details about user-defined functions.
