Manage Profile Delete
The Profile Delete function allows profiles to be deleted from the file system and the database, either as scheduled or immediately.
To schedule Profile Delete
The Schedule tab allows for Profile Delete to be scheduled at a recurring time, based on the settings entered.
Choose a time frame to run Profile Delete. You can set Profile Delete to run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Set a starting time to run Profile Delete.
Choose the age of the profile to be deleted in days, weeks, or months.
Choose to delete profiles from either the file system or the file system and database.
To enable archiving, select Enable archiving and either provide a location or accept the default location in the Zipfile location field. The location must be local to the system where iStrobe is running.
Click Apply.
To delete profiles immediately
The Immediate tab allows for Profile Delete to be performed immediately, without affecting the recurring schedule, if one has been set.
Choose the age of the profile to be deleted in days, weeks, or months.
Choose to delete profiles from either the file system or the file system and database.
To enable archiving, select Enable archiving and either provide a location or accept the default location in the Zipfile location field. The location must be local to the system where iStrobe is running.
Click OK.
