DFHKCQ

DFHKCQ processes DFHKC INITIALIZE, REPLACE, and WAITINIT macro calls to the transaction manager.

INITIALIZE is used during CICS initialization to tell the transaction manager to build transaction and profile table entries in storage.

REPLACE is used to replace an existing profile or transaction table entry by a new version.

WAITINIT is used once during initialization to wait for the completion of an earlier INITIALIZE call.
