DFHDSAT

DFHDSAT, the dispatcher domain program, attaches, dispatches, and detaches tasks, and schedules task control blocks(TCBs) for the various modes: quasi- reentrant (QR), resource owning (RO), concurrent (CO), or secondary LU usage. The dispatching domain program DFHDSAT, performs the following set of dispatch domain services:

ATTACH attaches a new task
CHANGE_MODE selects the mode the task is to run in. Values can be: QR (quasi re-entrant), RO (resource-owning), CO (concurrent).
CHANGE_PRIORITY changes the issuing task's dispatching priority, and gives control to be given to a higher or equal priority task.
SET_PRIORITY changes the issuing task's priority, or the task specified by the TASK_TOKEN parameter.
CANCEL_TASK function cancels a specified task.
