DFSDSST0

DFSDSST0 reserves database resources during Program Specification Block (PSB) scheduling, frees database resources at application termination or during PSB scheduling when the PSB fails scheduling. The PSB intent list is passed as input. On a reserve call, resources are reserved for one intent list entry. On a free call, resources are freed for all entries in the intent list.

If an intent conflict is found on a reserve call, so that resources cannot be reserved, DFSDSST0 frees all resources already reserved for the PSB (all intent list entries) before returning to the caller (RC=4).
