ILBOEXT

ILBOEXT is a COBOL library subroutine called by the Operating System when a QSAM file is opened. ILBOEXT is a DCB exit routine that adds the record format (RECFM) parameters (determined by the compiler) to the standard options specified in the DCB RECFM field of the DD card.
