Delete a Rule

To discontinue using a rule that you might want to use in the future, it is better to deactivate it instead of deleting it. Then to use it again, you only have to reactivate it instead of recreating it.

However, if the rule is no longer wanted, there are several ways to delete it. You can use the Edit Rule dialog box to delete a single rule or the main rule screen to delete one or more rules.

Tip icon Tip: A quick way to delete a rule is to right-click on the rule name in the list of rules and then select Delete.
