DFSBC000

DFSBC000 is a load module that contains the routines used to manage the BCB storage pools. IMS has several different mechanisms for managing storage. One of these mechanisms is the BCB pools (also known as the CBTE storage pools).

Hints

DFSBC000 should use very little CPU, less than 1%. Statistics about the BCB pools are maintained. You can display statistics dynamically with a /DIS POOL ALL command, or analyze them by processing the IMS log with the IMSPARS program.
