Module DSNBIGET retrieves requested pages from a tablespace or indexspace and moves them into the Buffer Pool where they can be processed or evaluated by the Data Manager or RDS. DSNBIGET is part of the Buffer Manager code within the Data Manager Address Space.

Hints

If high activity to DSNB1GET is accompanied by high file I/O, consider isolating the data set to a less active buffer pool.
