DFHKCD

DFHKCD is the dispatcher part of task control module DFHKCP for CICS version 2.1. It performs the following functions:

checks for the expiration of any time-ordered event and calls internal control to initiate the event.
frees some storage areas if CICS is short on storage.
scans the chain of active tasks to locate and dispatch an eligible task.
interfaces with operating system timer facilities.
