Auto Delete

The Auto Delete function allows event records to be automatically deleted from the database based on selected settings and options.

To set up Auto Delete

  1. Select the Auto Delete icon from the Administration screen.  

  2. Choose a time frame to run Auto Delete. You can set the schedule to run Never, Daily, 1st day of every week (Monday), or 1st day of every month.

  3. Choose a starting time to run the Auto Delete in the Starting at field.  Use the 5 and 6 buttons to select an hour of the day (1-12). Use the 6 button to select AM or PM.

  4. In the Delete event(s) from database which are older than field, type the age at which events should be deleted from the database.

  5. Click Apply.
