DFSSMSC0

DFSSMSC0 is the message processing program scheduler. It processes all create thread calls from the MPP regions. First it selects a transaction to be processed by the dependent region; then all necessary initialization tasks are performed and a return is made to the dependent region which then processes the transaction.
