ILBOSRV is a COBOL STOP RUN library routine that is link-edited with the COBOL program. It also acts as the control program to load, call, and delete the ILBOBEG0, ILBOSTT0, and ILBOMSG0 subroutines. It terminates the job step in the case of an uncorrectable error condition.
