iStrobe is a product designed for use on workstations in conjunction with the Strobe MVS Application Performance Measurement System. Strobe and iStrobe give IS professionals the ability to measure an application's performance and pinpoint sources of inefficiency within an application. Strobe collects run-time information on resource consumption by batch processing programs and online applications. The reports in iStrobe show precisely the areas of the application responsible for inefficiencies. By providing you with application performance-specific information, Strobe and iStrobe help IS organizations ensure that efficiency and responsiveness are designed into and maintained across the application development life cycle.
