JCLASTBK

A user task that has requested a journal switch can be made to wait on resource type JCLASTBK and resource name Jnnbbbbb ( where "nn" is the journal number, from 01 through 99, and "bbbbb" is the block number) when I/O is already active. The wait is for the block identified by "bbbbb" which is written to the journal before it can close. Since this is an I/O wait, an extended wait at this point could be an I/O problem.
