IEA0TI00/IEAVRTI0 evaluates timer elements (TQEs) to determine which elements have expired. These elements are created when a program issues an STIMER.

Hints

If you see high CPU in IEA0TI00, one of two things may have happened:

The chain of TQEs became circular and the IEAVRTI0 went into a loop.
A program is in a loop issuing STIMER requests.
