SVC 116 is an extended SVC Type 1 router for the CALLDISP/CHNGNTRY/IECTATNR/IECTCHGA/IECTRDTI/RESETPL macros. This SVC gets a LOCAL lock and calls program IECTRDIL in load module IECTSVC.
